VNC is a free remote access program much like PC Anywhere. There are several security risks associated with this protocol. If you are using this program and users cannot connect to you, you may wish to make certain that these programs have "full" and not just "outbound" permissions or trust their IP address. It is strongly advised that care be taken giving this application "Full" access as it may result in your computer being comprised if you are running VNC. This port is also used by the service fcp-addr-srvr1
